It's me again, sorry for my lack of posts recently! I've hit 1000 views, and I'm almost to 1,200! Yay!
But obviously you don't really care about that, so I'll get to my January Favorites (:

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Translucent
All the British beauty gurus always rave about this powder, and I didn't really get it until recently. This powder is great for reducing shine and it sets my makeup well. I like that it's translucent as well, because I can never seem to find a shade that fits me perfectly. It's also a drugstore powder, and so it's really cheap as well, at around $8 I think.
I love this eyeliner a lot. I know it's rather expensive, but I purchased my first ones in a pack of three like this one here. Rockstar came in that pack and it's my favorite one. These eyeliners are so creamy and feel so nice. I also have the color Crash, which is a dark purple but I believe that one was discontinued sadly. I have my eye on Corrupt, which I think I will go out and purchase when I use up my other eyeliners.
Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers (Apocalips) - Celestial & Out of This World (top to bottom)
I LOVE these lip lacquers soo much. They're super pigmented, but there are shades that are very natural. They also taste amazing, like the Kate Moss Rimmel lipsticks, which are my favorites as well. The packaging is so cute, and these two colors are gorgeous. I'm really glad I found them at Walmart lol (:
Maybelline The Rocket Mascara in Waterproof
I like this mascara because it's waterproof and very natural looking. Falsies is clumping on me right now, so I've been using this until I can buy a new tube. This reminds me of Benefit They Real, and I love that mascara, but it's so expensive. I think this is a great drugstore dupe for it!
Body Products:
Have you ever looked at the word body? it's so weird. . . Anyways, I love these body butters, because they feel exactly like butter! Also they make me smell delicious, especially the Satsuma one. It makes me smell like an orange creamsicle. They're also really nourishing and make my skin super soft. I also love the strawberry one, but I think it smells more like grape to me hehe.
Winter Candy Apple Body Mist
The fragrance I've been wearing this entire month and probably for the months to come...you guessed it, Winter Candy Apple! This is my all time favorite fragrance, and it's super light compared to my perfumes. I stopped using Dot by Marc Jacobs for this fragrance, so you know how much i must like it! I get a lot of compliments on this. I bought two bottles of this because it's not a year-round fragrance, so I'm hoping that it'll last me until next winter, but I've been going through it like crazy.
Netflix Favorites:
I've been sick for the past few days, and I just got an iPad Air, so naturally I've been glued to Netflix. I'm almost finished with the Office, and I've been looking for something new to watch, and they just added a ton of new stuff! Here are my favorites that I've watched.
Bates Motel
This show is so unbelievably intense, and FREDDIE HIGHMORE. I remember having a crush on him when he was in the Spiderwick Chronicles film, which was a flop. This show is crazy. It's a spinoff of Norman Bates, played by Highmore, who is the main character in the Psycho films by Hitchcock. I've personally never seen any of those films, but this show just took me in. It's super intense, and it remind me of American Horror Story meets Gossip girl kind of way. It goes through the high school life of Norman as well, and explores a lot of deep themes. And guess what? His brother is played by Max Thieriot, another one of my childhood celebrity crushes. ((: win-win!
The Virgin Suicides
This movie was amazing. It was really shocking yet sad because it touches on a tender topic. I'm glad this film was made because it raises awareness for suicide. Although it happens frequently, I think that people are still uncomfortable with the topic and take it lightly, or ignore it completely. It's always nice to shed some light on this topic because it is real and it does happen a lot, and so many people have been affected by it.
iPad Air in White
I finally got an iPad! I've been wanting this since Christmas, and I got my first A on a Honors Biology test, which is an amazing feat, so my mom got me one! (: Yay! I love my iPad soo much! I use it for everything from texting to watching Netflix. It's everything I could've wanted and more (:
My last favorite is rather random favorite, but I've been loving Tazo Tea's green tea, called Zen. I buy the K-Cup 1 serve cups for the Keurig machine my parents have at home, and I cannot stop drinking it. It's a perfect combination of mint and tea. Yes, this is the green tea they have at Starbucks, so I can drink it over ice or just hot, which is my preferred way.
